I don't usually write reviews, but my experience today at Firestone compels me to do so. My car's check engine light kept coming on and my car was running very rough. As I approached the Firestone I was overwhelmed at the number of cars in the parking lot, leading me to believe they would NEVER get to my car, let alone diagnose the problem. Much to my surprise I was greeted by Michael with a pleasant and helpful attitude as he was reassuring me that they could help. Only 30 minutes later my problem was diagnosed. I knew the car needed to be repaired' however, I had to be in a meeting just five minutes away. I was offered a ride by one of the staff allowing me to make my meeting and have my car repaired, too. I cannot say enough about the teamwork of the garage. Not only will I return to this garage, I will tell all of my friends to do so. Pros: Teamwork and smoothness of operation more

I have had my share of car troubles over the years, and I was so impressed with the service I recieved this afternoon. I ate lunch at Sonic across the street, and when I started to leave. my car wouldn't go. I called across the street and explained what was happening, and without hesitation, Tim said, ""I'll be right over!"" He came over to Sonic to take a look, and then sent over a techinician to take a look as well. The technician, Corey, knew instantly what it was, and explained what was wrong to me clearly and confidently. He then went back across the street for the part, and then came back over to Sonic to fix it. After he fixed my car, he then took it across the street to the Firestone Auto Care Center to run a diagnostic check to make sure nothing else was wrong. It was less than an hour and a half after I had initailly called! I thought I was going to have to have my car towed someplace, and then have to leave it for several days. I was so impressed by the service! These two gentlemen went above and beyond this afternoon. It was some of the best service I have ever gotten from a car repair service!!
