Awesome customer service 6/9/2008

My battery went dead and I had to get AAA to jump me. I called the store about the warrenty and how late they were open. The warrenty was good but the shop was closing in 15 minutes and my jump had not yet arrived. The manager on duty said to call when they arrived and he waited for me and put in a new battery quickly. Now that is service! more

Okay service... 7/26/2005

I have had to wait a long time at this location and that is a factor that would keep me from returning. There are fast locations that do a better job. The prices are comparable, but the service does not match up. I tend to use Goodyear more, but they do offer other services that I would use here. more

Go somewhere else for your tire needs 6/1/2005

A couple of hours would not have been a big deal if they had said so, but instead I waited. Why not say a couple of hours? PROS: cheap CONS: slow more
