WARNING!!!!!! RIPOFFS they were trying to charge my brothers roommate $900.00 to change the front and back brakes on a 22 year old truck, when my husband went to pick up the truck they wouldn t allow him to see the estimate because they knew it was a RIP OFF, the dang truck wasnt even worth the 900 hello is that what your company is in business for to charge people 800 a hour for labor cause we sure fixed it for around 150 dollars some sorry company you guys have more

My first time there, I asked how long would the oil change take. The guy at the front desk, Brian, said about 35-40 minutes. I was thinking that was a bit long (compared to the other place I go to which takes 15 minutes max), but I went ahead with it because I needed an oil change and it was the only time I had available. I also asked the guy to check my tire pressure. Instead of taking the stated 35-40 minutes, it took 1 hour and 48 minutes (per the service report). Not only did it take forever and he forget to check my tire pressure, but the guy got in a hurry (when he realized how mad I was) and he broke my door handle. Now I have to go back over there and get the handle fixed (""at no charge"" he says). \r The guy did NOT offer me a reimbursement on gas/time to drive all the way back to Anderson or a discount for the oil change because it took forever. He acts like it is an inconvenience to him to have to deal with customers. \r After I finally get my door fixed, it will be the last time I go to Firestone. Cons: Takes forever, no customer care more

My family and I were on our way out of town and discovered we needed a new tire right away. We were greeted by very friendly employees who were able to get to our car immediately. The wait time was minimal, the prices were fair, and the customer service was excellent. I highly recommed this business. more

This is the place that always take my car to for any mechanical issues, thank god,it has only been for maintenance,so far. When you go in, they really get to you quick. I have never had to be there more than an hour. They stay on top of what maintenance is required at the milage your car is at when you come in. They have never tried to get me to do something to my car that was not needed. I will go there until Forever or until they close their doors forever. Honestly will always be a plus.... PROS: Everything about this business is a Pro. CONS: There are no Cons. more
