Worst

I went for a service that was advertised at $55.00 dollars but ended up spending $140.00 dollars. That was more then twice the amount of the original price. Where was the holiday...

Ive been taking my car to this Firestone for 1year now and always am pleased with my repairs. I wish I would of known about this place sooner. The owner Sherman is always so nice and willing to answer my questions when I call early in the morning. I like that the mechanics walk you through the services your car needs. more

They took 3 hours to fix my car and I dropped it off at 2:40. The didn't even compelete all the repairs I asked them to fix. I hate Firestone on Oganz Ave more

I have been going to Firestone on Ogontz for years and I've always felt comfortable & safe knowing that Sherman and his mechanics take good care of my Honda. From the smallest to largest problems they have kept me rolling. Thanks Sherman and crew you guys are great!! more

Had a great visit at this Firestone Auto shop. My vehicle was taken care of in a timely manner, staff was curteous. And i have been to this facility previously and liked the customer service. more

Hustled 4/26/2013

I took my car in to get my exhaust repaired or replaced. He gave me a price of $370 to cut out the old pipe and weld in new one. The cost of the pipe I found out later on my own research was no more than $80. He did lower to $325 before I was going to leave but after I did my research I realized I had been scammed. $250 to cut and weld. WOW! I took it to 3 other places after the fact to give me an estimate and they were all in the $150 range. What a despicable way to run a business. Also the lady I had been in the waiting room felt she was scammed too. She was getting a tire balance and ended up getting 2 tires. He told her it was 120 for the balance but if she got 2 tires he would waive the tire balance. She got hustled for 320. She was disgusted because he told her the tire balance would be waived. He then said it was included. What a scam artist at this location. more

Automotive Repair Students Messed My Car Up 3/14/2013

I Spent $935.00 for car repairs the day before and had to have the vehicle towed the next day due to bad work on the mechanics end. The shop uses school students and while I am for students learning, putting a radiator in incorrectly and leaving my spouse stranded on 1-95 for over an hour before I or AAA could get to her was totally unacceptable. more
