Wonderful idea for a special event 4/7/2006

I found this place one day when I just wanted to get away for a weekend and not be to too far from Chicago. Do you want to get away from it all? Have a special birthday or anniversary coming up? Have I got the answer for you. This gorgeous complex has first rate live theater and musicals, a wonderful restaurant with one of the best meals I have ever eaten, and the facility has a bakery and gift shops inside. The theater is intimate with a good sound system. And the people here will make you feel like royalty. They are located between Madison and Milwaukee, WI. If you get tired, stay at the hotel right next door. I booked a 2 room suite for about $80! Highly recommended. more

A do not miss Fort Atkinson experience! 4/6/2006

This has to be one of the neatest things in our area! The fireside offers a buffet or sit down dinner. The food is delicious and fancy! They also have some really neat shops within the building! After you are finished eating you can attend a play. The plays are top quality musicals! You can choose to just eat dinner also, but I think the experience is more complete with the performance! They offer freshly baked breads for sale also, and after you have yours with dinner you are sure to buy some! A+++ experience! I prefer the buffet to the sit down meal. This is on the pricey side but definately worth it! more
