I purchased two expensive Jotal gas stoves and when one malfunctioned, I called for service and was told that they no longer provide ANY service on their products. The person I spoke to suggested that I call a plumber! (to service a gas stove) Unbeliveable. Zero service. Do not do business with these folks! more
