Firebird's Rocky Mountain Grill

My family went to Firebirds Saturday evening for dinner. We used their call ahead seating feature so we didn't have to wait too long once we arrived. Our name went on their list when I called, right before we left the house, and our name moved up the list while we were traveling to the restaurant. What a great feature to have! Especially when dining with children. Once we arrived we only had to wait a few minutes before we were seated. Our server was fantastic. We took her recommendation on the appetizer and tried the Lobster Spinach Queso. It was outstanding. My husband ordered the Buffalo Meatloaf, which we thought was pretty unique, and I had the Sesame Salmon. Both meals were outstanding. The Salmon is the best I have ever had. My husband has recommended the meatloaf to several of his friends already. We really enjoyed our wonderful experience at Firebirds. The food was amazing. The service was exceptional. We highly recommend Firebirds Restaurant. I think their food, service, and atmosphere are unmatched. We have been to our share of restaurants in the area, and Firebirds is our new favorite place. My new favorite!\r Firebirds was recommended to me by a coworker. So my friend and I stopped in for dinner last Monday. Much to our surprise, Firebirds offers ? off all bottles of wine all day on Mondays. We had a wonderful experience from start to finish. We started with a bottle of the Firebirds Red and the Lobster Queso dip for an appetizer. We knew we had found our new favorite place once we started eating the queso. Delicious! We weren?t sure what to get as our entree so we asked our server for help. He did a great job describing the food. He really knew the menu and was very helpful. My friend had the Chicken Pasta & I had Prime Rib for dinner! Again, just delicious. I love Prime Rib but this just melted in my mouth. Done perfectly! Needless to say, we didn?t have room for dessert, but once the server told us about the Creme Brulee Cheesecake, we had to have it! It was amazing. I haven't had a dining experience like this in quite some time. Everything from the decor and environment to the service, food and price was exceptional!! Our experience started off right with Black Diamond Martinis, a unique vodka infused pineapple treat for your taste buds! The meal continued with a lobster spinach queso dip unlike any other appetizer. Be sure to try this unique spin on spinach dip but be sure to save room for the main course. The menu was amazing and left us wanting to come back to try everything available. Our outstanding waiter assisted us with his wealth of knowledge of the menu and helped narrow down the choices. I chose the Chicken Pasta while my boyfriend had the Chile Rubbed Delmonico - both excellent choices! Their steaks are grilled over a wood fire and melt in your mouth! Firebirds was perfect for a Saturday night out for the two of us but could serve the needs for family dining or even a romantic night out!
