Alan Oria, Owner of FireWaterBars is one of those rare people people we consider exceptional !! While hosting my son's Birthday Party his professionalis, dedication & Passion for his art was outstanding. Toward the end of the evening everyone was calling him by his first name and became one of our family/friends, Thank You Alan for your Spectacular Art. more

Going Away Party 7/4/2011

I had received a new job offer a month ago to pursue my career in a new state, with short notice of the move my friends tried to throw a going away party. The party was pretty poorly planned with little to no time to prepare, but this mobile bartender and bar really came through. He was not only timely, he was easy to communicate with and was very humorous and charming. The service was excellent, and the experience was memorable... I miss miami already :(. I would definitely recommend this service especially, if timing is an issue, their bartender was easy to work with and accomodated my partys schedule on short notice. more

Amazing Bartender 7/4/2011

Good: Great bartender. Hilarious and charming. Seriously a great experience! It's kind of like the comedy traffic school except your drunk and actually enjoying yourself. Bar is very cool looking and the owner actually built the bar from scratch. Pretty badass in book.. Bad: The one bartender wouldn't come home with me :P. Improvements: I'd like to see Fire Waters Bar expand and have other bars so that they can travel out of Miami to other locations.. Other: Great experience, sincerely felt the bartenders wanted to provide the best service possible. The one main bartender was hilarious and had the crowd laughing. Ask him to do impressions :) You will not be disappointed.. more

my sisters wedding bar 9/29/2010

Good: The mango Mojitos were amazing. My wife must of had atleast 4 of them. The Bar looked great too, it had the wedding emblem on it.. Bad: The Bar Rental was a little more then I was hoping to spend but that was the biggest bar we could find.. Improvements: I'd like to see the bartender do more of those bottle flipping tricks that he did that day.. more
