Shorty after they installed the fireplace we bought from them (we spent over $3000), the fan died, they came out to fix but fried the wiring. We are replacing our 6th fan this year (2010) since buying the fireplace nine years ago. They dropped us as a customer and refused to help anymore after they damaged the wiring in our unit. We complained to the BBB and the FirePlace refused to even repsond to the BBB. Stay clear.? more

We finally found what we were looking for! 4/7/2006

We have searched high and low for a fireplace mesh screen - not the full front, just the mesh part. Our had gotten twisted and mangled and we didn't want to replace our full fireplace. None of the large home improvement stores could help us, but The Fire Place was more than helpful and their friendly staff helped us find what we were looking for! They also have a great selection of full fireplaces, inserts and accessories! more
