As a residential landlord, I am often required to find service professionals to address the immediate concerns of my tenants. Just recently the heating in one of my units malfunctioned. They were referred to me by a very close friend who had used them several times. I made one call, and after a short time they called me back. They said they would be here at a specific time and they arrived at that time. They listened to the problem I had and didn't try to sell me anything extra. He came in, saw what I had, and fixed exactly what I asked. It is running well now. more

Great crew \r I was very happy with the service that Finney HVACdid at my home. The reason we picked them out of all the other companies other than their great review was that they specialize in cleaning air ducts and the equipment that they use to clean the ducts. I scheduled a lunch time appointment and liked the policy they have of having their techs call 30 minutes before coming out so that I did not have to wait around on them. Once they showed up at my home they did a walk-thru with me and explained exactly what they were going to do. After the walk-thru they got to work and made sure to be respective of my home and its contents. I was impressed when I did see in person the big vacuum truck in my driveway. After working 4 hours of cleaning they did a final walk-thru and let me know what they found during the cleaning and gave me some pointers for keeping my systems clean.
