I was new to St. Petersburg and a friend recommended Kelly and I couldnt be happier! I have very fine thin hair that isnt easy to manage. Kelly has done such an amazing job every time I couldn't imagine going to anyine else. Ive never been happier with my hair. She's Amazing!! more
