At this office they have limited hours. They charge you for everything and have very poor communication skills at the front desk. The receptionists that handle the phone calls are rude and impatient. They often have you on hold for long periods of time. There is no room for error on the patients part but plenty on theirs. God forbid you want you records sent anywhere. It will take them 45 days to fax them and if you offer to pick them up it will be a large fee. REALLy, for something they would fax for free. They are so rushed in there that it's not about your needs but getting to the next patient. Good luck if you go to this practice. Dr. Walker is one of the rudest Dr.s I have ever delt with. You can tell that bedside manners are not important qualities to this group of Dr.s. Care is not their maiin goal it's to see as many people in a day as possible. I'm surprised they know your name when they walk in the room. \r Aweful experience!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Stayed with them far too long. Pros: There aren't any Cons: Too busy not personal. Dr. Finlay is an ""old time"" physician in a young man's body. As a registered nurse, I recommend everyone I know who is looking for a primary care physician to consider him. He's interested, thorough, and his bedside manner is very good. He's very easy to talk with. His office staff is on the ball as well. They're very timely, respectiful of your time as well as their own. A great Doc and a great supportive staff. What more could you ask for? more
