I took my car in for a car wash. This location did additional damage to my car. When I spoke with the owner, David, who was on site, he told me they didn't do the damage and the ""customer"" isn't always right. I find this individual to be lacking in customer service qualities and believe David doesn't care about his customers. The damage was caused by Finish Line USA. It is a shame that David has no customer service skills. I would recommend that you do NOT patronage this business unless you can afford to pay for the additional damage they will do and say they didn't do.
