Long Time Customer, Great Service 1/7/2011

I have been a customer for over 4 years and wouldn't change for anything. They are always here on schedule, they never leaver anything behind, and the few times I have had to call the office for a question they are always courteous. \r I'm very pleased with there service. more

Never showed up 2/14/2010

I signed up on a Monday, they said they would do their first pickup on Wednesday. They never showed up on Wednesday, so I called and they were very apologetic, said they would come by on Friday to pickup. They never came on Friday, so I called and canceled service the following Monday. Waiting on my refund now. Thankfully there's enough competition in the area. Cons: Never showed up more

Inconsistent Service 5/26/2009

My original garbage service was bought out by these guys. They were OK for a year or two, but then they would skip by the house or the re-cycle bin would be still be full when I returned from work. They made two stops each week, one for garbage and one for the recycle. They began to miss one or the other at least twice a month. The office assured me it would be corrected but it never was. Much happier with Waste Management. Pros: Reasonable Price Cons: Garabge not picked up - too many skipped times! more
