Service has been a strong reason for me to come to this dealership. They are efficient, get you signed up and in a loaner fast. The process was excellent and found what i was looking for and a reasonable price. It has been a few weeks and know that I have the right car for what I was looking for. Was helped to go the right direction on my selection. No feeling that I was taken advantage of. more

This was the best experiences I've had buying a new car. I had visited other dealers but came back to Finest Motors because of the wonderful reception on my first visit. All the staff were pleasant, friendly,professional and knowledgeable of the vehicles. I was never pressured or hounded.The facts were presented enabling me to reach my own conclusion.I believe I received a fair price (what I was expecting based upon my research) and paid a fair price for the purchased vehicle. more

Entire team from Finest Motors is very easy to transact, offered great service, lot of cars in stock to pick from.\r Dylan explained everything nice and easy, maintained transparency with the deal, no fuss, great sense of humor and quality service as you would expect. First experience at a Finest Motors. I guess they have them all over the U.S. this place is no joke. I found my car online and when I arrived they had the car pulled up and washed with my name in the window, you don't see that anywhere. You don't have to take my word for it but you should give them a shot, you'll be glad you did. more

Second car I have purchased from Finest Motors. I will do it again and again, no doubt. Alec is fantastic. I had an idea what i was looking for, but got so tired of running around to different places. I wasn't finding decent cars, and even the ""no pressure"" dealers felt a little shady.\r Going to Finest Motors, I listed the specs of what I was looking for in a vehicle, and Alec immediately narrowed it to 4 or 5 that fit the bill. Test drove them all, and quickly picked my new car. Truly no pressure, just good insight and information.\r The only drawback: the cars are all high quality and priced right, so you need to act fast! If you see the car you want, you probably have to pull the trigger quick. I would absolutely recommend Finest Motors to anyone looking for a high quality used vehicle. more

One of few places in Bedford OH that you can trust. I know that sounds impossible, but that is the truth.\r Alec at Finest Motors run his business with integrity and respect. He provided us with a lot of information but most of all, with a feeling that we were with friends. This was the only BMW dealership that had a per-certified used one in my price range. Alec worked with me on the final number until I finally got comfortable with it and off I went with my like new M5 with the tech package. Also he spent a good amount of time with me to show me all the technology features before I drove off the lot.\r The dealership from Finest Motors is clean and friendly, not pretentious at all. more

I have never in my car-buying experience met a salesman as considerate and friendly as Alec from Finest Motors. He was very patient and understanding, and he made me feel extremely comfortable. He is very knowledgeable about the products and answered all my questions, even the questions I didn't know to ask. The facility was very nice.
