well i went into fin fur feather pretty much just to look around,when i got over to the reptile section i noticed they had 5-6ft boa inside of a 20 gallon long aqurium with only a water bowl wich if you know anything about the care boa's then you would know that this was totaly uneceptable.They had a number of other reptile's as well none of wich were taken care of properly,a bearded dragon with a water dished filled with not water but feces, hardly any bedding inproper heating in most of the cages.not to mention mixed species of reptiles living together...i think this 'pet shop' should be shut down more

well i went into fin fur and feather pretty much just to look around,when i went to the reptile section i was noticed they had 5-6ft boa in 20 gallon tank with only water bowl wich is totaly unecptable ,they had a bearded dragon and in his/her tank there was a water dish filled with not water but feces most of there reptile's looked sick and unhealthy.the cages did not suit any of the reptiles that were inside of them, hardly any bedding not to mention they mixed defferent species of reptiles that should not be together in my opinion i really think this place should be shut down i mean whats the point of having animals if your not going to take care of them more

the worst petstore in ma 12/30/2007

these are deffinitly puppymill puppies they come in sick and are pooping blood i was shocked to find a lethargic puppy on the verge of death still for sale. i ended up buying the puppy to place it in a good home and he ending up dieing of neumonia i think this store should be closed for good the owner kathy deffinitly doesnt deserve to be in bussiness please people dont support her buy from known breeders not only are they better quality they are a reasonable price un like kathys 1600 dollar pugs please please stand up to her small run down bussiness more

the people that work there are very knowledgable and are always friendly and more then willing to anserw any questions! its a small petshop with good animals! the puppies are always clean and never look dirty! i recommend this store to anyone even for grooming becuase my dog always come out looking beautiful they know exactly what to do! love it more

Stay away from this pet store! 9/9/2005

I went here yesterday looking to buy a rabbit for my kids and received horrible service. It took forever to find someone to help me even though the store was empty and the salesperson couldn't answer any of my questions I mentioned this to a friend of mine who has a dog and she said she stopped taking her dog there for grooming when it had fleas after bringing it home from the store. That's awful! more

Great Pet Shop 7/18/2005

Fin Fur & Feather is a great little pet shop. They are clean and well stocked at all times. The amimals all have clean cages with food and water at all times. The staff are very friendly and willing to assist in anyway they can. I have bought several pet from them and they have all been healthy. more
