I am on my 10th week with Fight Fit and still loving it as much as I did the first two weeks. I have lost almost 20 pounds, but more thrilled that I am down two sizes!!! I feel stronger than I have in years!
I have been impressed with the variety in the workouts, having done both the bootcamp and the kickboxing. With new people joining all the time, I never feel like my workouts are taken to a ""beginner"" level and instead the instructors are great at keeping tabs on everyone and making sure we are all doing exercises that push our limits so we can keep seeing results.
It's a fun environment and a great program to be participating in!
