Bought 4 new white shirts and after using took to Sawmill location. Collar came back dirtier than before on 2. 3 weeks later and many ""the owner is going to call"" I got my shirts. He did point out a stain from road salt on the 4th shirt so that they weren't liable. Sent it back again for the first cleaning and nothing was done. Owner stood there with cell phone stuck to his head and never addressed it. Fols, they aren't cleaning the shirts. They press them,but cleaning is not happening. Wife and I are going elsewhere. Amateurs at this local. more

Dropped a suit that was worn a few times for it's first dry cleaning ever. Picked up today and while putting away at home noticed a dime sized patch of missing fabric on lapel. Went back to store, spoke with owner named Frank Murphy Jr., who proceeded to tell me that it looked like a burn and that I brought it in that way because there was no way it happened at his establishment. Accused me of bumping into a smoker's cigarette. Refused to anything about it and invitedme to take it to small claims court. more

Dry Cleaning 9/25/2008

AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE. I took my shirts on a Monday and was told they would be ready on Thursday. When I went by at 5:30 on Thursday afternoon, I was told that they were not ready and no telling when they would be ready. The owner was extremely rude and condescending. more
