Atmosphere was good, located in a small shopping center, the restaurant is small and cozy. the food is average/good. this is definitely not the most authentic restaurant in town and has been americanized. the guacamole has lots of mayo, margaritas are premixed but good, just not fresh lime and triple sec the way they are really made. we tried the mini chimis and a steak tip burrito. I thought the burrito was a bit small but the food was good.
Pros: upbeat ambience, proximity for east end, low prices
Cons: not true authentic food but that's about it
