I love eating at Fiesta Guadalajara – they have the best Mexican food in town. Their chicken chimi is delicious! My kids love the chips & salsa (and beans) and always order a cheese quesadilla. Their prices are very reasonable and the staff is always so friendly and seem so happy to see you. They bring you out however many chips and salsa you can eat at no extra price. more

Fiesta Guadalahara 4/2/2006

We recently went out to dinner at Fiesta Guadalahara and really enjoyed the experience. The food was wonderful and the atmosphere was very fun. The owner/manager of the restaurant is super friendly and I would highly recommend F.G. to anyone! It is also and appropriate environment for children and/or parties and they have a rather large room to accomodate groups in the back. :) more

This place makes you feel like you really are in Mexico 3/26/2006

If you have not been here to eat yet, get in your car and go there right now! This is one of the best Mexican restaurant in town. Inside and out this restaurant is cool! There are a lot of cool decorations that make you feel like you are in Mexico. The music is awesome. The best part is the chips and salsa. I get full sometimes before my main dish comes out because I cannot stop eating the chips and salsa! more

Great prices, and SO good 3/17/2006

Fiesta Guadalajara looks so cute on the outside, and I was pleased to see it is just as good on the inside. The prices are great, the food servings huge, and the quality wonderful. The one negative thing that I noticed was the impatience of our waiter to order when I was there with friends and in a chatty mood, and we kept forgetting to read the menu. But other than that, A+. more

Authentic Mexican Food!! 9/15/2005

Coming from Arizona, I'm very picky about the Mexican food I eat. Fiesta Guadalajara is a very good restaurant that has authentic Mexican food (American-style of course). They have great service and you always receive your food very quickly. It is hot, fresh, and delicious! I frequently purchase their salsa when I am making Mexican food at home, because I'm a "salsa snob." I can't stand store bought salsa!! Their salsa stands up to the "snob" test! Prices are reasonable and the food is great! You couldn't ask for a better experience! more

Great Mexican Food 8/20/2005

Fiesta Guadalajara is our favorite Mexican restaurant in Boise. The menu offers a wide variety of dishes, and the service is fast and friendly. The kids menu is also very good. We never have to wait very long, even when they are very busy. The lunch specials on Tuesdays are a great value. It is more affordable and better food than fast food! It is a great local Mexican restaurant. more
