AWFUL AWFUL!!!!!!!! Had to call the police to fiel a police report against an employee named ""Jen"". they put the wrong item in my bag and i drove home and realized they gave me the wrong fabric and not the piece i paid for.... so i drove all the way back (over a 30 mile trip Back and forth). No one apolojized and i got in a heated argument with ""Jen"" at the counter. i asked for my money back for the fabric for the hassle of it all. for the gas i wasted because of their error. She laughed and said no, and we started arguing in the store. i asked to speak to the manager named (amanda). during the conversation with the manager (amanda), ""Jen"" kept butting in and wouldnt let me speak. at that point i turned to ""jen"" and said ""I'm not talking to you, im talking to your manager"" SHE THEN GRABBED BOTH MY FOREARMS AND PUSHED ME BACKWARDS AND WAS SHAKING MY ARMS TIGHTLY!!!!! she was yelling at me saying i needed to stop, and i shook my arms and yelled at her to get the F*** off of me!!!! the manager (amanda), just stood there! i asked her what she was going to do about it, and she said ""about what!""... i screamed in disbelief, and told them i was calling the cops! i called the cops and filed a police report! later i called back to get her name for the police report, the manager said that it was just a ""reflex"" and it wasnt a big deal!!!! i was a HUGE deal! i couldnt believe that the employee of a store put her hands on me and physically shoved and shook me! HOW DARE HER! you should be ashamed! and your LUCKY that im not pressing charges!!!!!!! your owner is being notified and something WILL be done! NO NOT SHOP HERE! Jen is about 5'5 with DARK brown hair and with a chunkier body. she pulls her hair back and has a bad attitude. works in the Main Big building! beware!!!!
