Dr. Field is a competent and empathic psychiatrist. He appears to genuinely have the best interest of his patients at heart. While an able analyst, he also is well-informed about pharmacological interventions for his patients. Slightly compulsive, his inflexibilityy around missed appoinments sometimes compromises perceptions of his true investment in the alliance, though this is a common problem in clinical practice. In all, an intelligent and compassionate psychiatrist is difficult to find - this is one of them.
Pros: Bright and caring
Cons: Sometimes inflexible with issues of treatment
