Tonight my family went to fiddlesticks in Tempe. I have to say I cannot believe they are still in business. First we went to the counter and asked about the offer they have shown on the website about a 30 day pass shown on their website. She said they don't do that anymore, even though it's listed on their website. The bumper carts are was the 1st stop, signs everywhere saying no bumping yet my son and I got slammed into multiple times by younger children and the attending team members did nothing because, well they were nowhere in sight. One young child got turned around and stayed out there for 2 rounds before someone yelled at them to tell them he was out there, hand raised, just waiting. Next kids go karts, where we waited several minutes for someone to come over to attend there. Then bumper boats where we had to find an attendant as well, there weren't many people there actually helping people ride the rides they pay almost $30/day for. Stinky, unclean water there and it was squirting everywhere, part of the ride. Bumper boats crawled like a snail. We went inside to order food where there were 2 young blonde girls with no hair nets handling the registers, food, ticket purchases, baseball stuff, miniature golf stuff, etc. No name tags either, so don't know who was helping me but the receipt said the cashier was Lyle, neither looked like a Lyle to me. After taking our debit card and other people's cash and brushing her hair back with her hand behind her ear, we got our nachos and pretzel together without gloves. When she brought it to us, she gloves on though, which I found odd. We had hair in our nachos and the tables weren't clean, very dirty actually. Went to the restroom, my fiancée did as well, both mens and womens restroom were disgusting. Looked and smelled like they hadn't been clean in months. Paper towels wadded up everywhere yet out of papertowels, no way to dry your hands. Toiler paper free flowing everywhere, toilets unflushed, etc. 13 of the 37 games in the arcade section did not work- either off, took our money, or didn't give us tickets. One of the blonde girls came out from the back, chewing as she walked out, moving her hair from her face, behind her ear with her hand, and helped the boy that was behind my son. Realizing we stunk horribly and clearly the place wasn't going to get any better, we decided to leave. Now, my car seats smell from the disgusting water we had spraying us from the bumper boards. In the end we wasted about $100 on a place that I can't believe is in business. I had my food handlers card and there is nothing acceptable about their service or their restrooms. Not to mention that the place is a rip off, paying such a huge amount for half of everything to be non-operable or not attended. Worst experience at a ""family fun place"" I have ever had.
