Fida's Cafe

This is one of my favorite little family owned cafe on California. This cafe is situated in the Union Bank of California building, but it has a huge glass window that looks to the street traffic. I like this area because the cable car passes right by. My favorite sandwich here is the sharwarma wrap... thin pieces of marinated chicken breast, with hummus, cucumber and tomato salad, and lemon tahini. Sam's products are always so fresh. Its one of the better deli's around. Way better than all of the other food chains. You really get personalized service. they always remember your name and have big smiles. If you are ever around in the financial district, this is the place to be. they also offer other things like grilled sanswiches, soups, salads, lasagna, pasta, breakfast, coffess, and desserts. more

So I walked into this quaint café because the exterior looked welcoming. I ordered my coffee and sandwich and I got my food in no time. The person behind the counter was extremely friendly and polite. He did not complain when I took my time looking at the menu. The only thing I would change about this café is the expensive items on the menu. more
