Eco-friendly is a reality here and you can see from the thoughtful selections, it is not just a bandwagon they jumped on. The displays including thoughfully arranged rocks-yes rocks-are simple and stunning. The mother is a landscape architect and all of them must have the eye. Somebody else said they wanted to move in to Festivities, I just want them to move into my house.\r The owners, mother and two daughter trio, are really friendly and accessible. They exude stylishness and accessibility and are very real. Nothing is overdone or over the top here-a melange of hip style, eco-perfect non strident design that is comfortable but not without attitude-simply what you want in your home. There are things you won't find elsewhere and it is the combination and presentation that you want to make your own. I will be shopping here a long time. I had a wonderful experience when shopping at Festivities. When walking around the store, whether you have an idea of what you are looking for or not, you can see the thought that has been put into each item. The girls are very welcoming and never without humor. This makes your experience a fun, but calming one, that is not always found when shopping. The only problem is finding something you cannot justify buying. Every treasure in the store was picked for a reason, not just to fill up space. Although the unique shop carries many things from all over the world, they have made the shop flow and not feel cluttered. \r If you are looking to redo you bedroom or living room one day and then need a quick, perfect gift for a special occasion another day, Festivities Fine Gifts is the place for you. Edmonds is a great place to spend an afternoon and Festivities is in the heart of downtown Edmonds. more

I love this place!! I've just bought a new home and had bought most of the major pieces. I was getting REALLY TIRED of all the cookie cutter furniture & home accent stores out there. It seemed it was impossible to find something gorgeous & unique. Until I went to Festivities. A friend had told me about it, and it was worth the drive to Edmonds!! Beautiful, unique, original items. From little accent pieces to linens & soaps to furniture pieces. I bought an antique wooden box, apothecary in style, and it absolutely completed the look & feel I was trying to get in my living room. My only regret was going after I had already ordered/bought most of my larger furniture pieces. Because Festivities would have been perfect for that also. And the saleslady that helped me there ~ she was so nice & helpful. Thank you Festivities & keep up the good work. I can't wait to go again!! more

This is a one-of-a-kind shop that has a wonderful selection of interior and exterior furnishings and amenities, from wonderful Asian antique pieces to modern, cool water hyacinth custom furniture. I have used them almost exclusively to remodel my master bedroom and bath and will plan on doing so again when I get around to the living room! Friendly, knowledgeable staff ? gorgeous store!! more

My mother-in law is a long time shopper at Festivities, so I started going there to find unique one-of-a-kind gifts. But often I go just to buy for myself. Other specialty stores seem to always offer the same goods, but Festivities has rare finds. They offer everything from large-scale furniture to small gifts. I love their European bath products and linens. They are worth the splurge! more

Festivities is such a gorgeous store, and I'm always made to feel so welcome, it's a shame I can't just move in. Every time I go there I find ten things I've never seen anywhere else that I must have, and the stylish gals who own the shop are a true delight to shop with. I'm all done with the big, impersonal stores like Masins--I'm having Festivities custom-make my next sofa, and soon enough my house in West Seattle will look nearly as fabulous as the store. Pros: Great service from fabulous proprietors, amazing and unique merchandise Cons: It's in Edmonds, but it's well worth the drive more
