Ms Ferguson is a stellar attorney. I hired her for a child custody case for my children. I had already been divorced and had shared custody with my ex. The one week on, one week off was literally damaging to my children. It was an extremely hard case and took a while due to the circumstances but I m very proud to say that we won. She stood by me the entire time and was a great support. She s an attorney that will fight to the very end because she has a strong belief in what she does. Her professionalism in the courtroom was stellar. I actually had people in court that would ask me for her buisness card just because of how she handled herself. She was honest with me. She told me the truth about what she thought about my case, not what I wanted to hear and she always did what was in the best interest for me and my family. It was a really long fight for our custody but it had a very happy story in the end. She helped me stand up to my ex after years of abuse. She has a firm belief in standing up for what is right and takes a personal interest in her cases. She ll stand up for you when you need it and give you the sound logical advice you re looking for. I ve had the opportunity many times to observe other attorney s while waiting on my case. I ve seen most attorney s in this area a few times and observe how they handle their cases. She was well mannered with the judge and other attorneys, polite (You ll see if you ever go, how ill mannered some other attorneys can be. Extremely rude. Proud to say, she wasn t), whitty, excellent at trials with questioning, and inviolable. I d recommend her to anyone. I know what it s like when you re looking for a lawyer and have no clue who to choose. I took my chances with not knowing any lawyer in this area and chose her and I d go back and choose her again if I ever needed to. more

Patricia Ferguson is a great attorney. She is firm and stands by what she believes and is very honest with you, but she gets the job done. She was hired for a custody issue, but also helped with alimony and child support issues as they arose. Her prices are fair and she has always been there for me when I needed her. I would recommend her to anyone looking for an aggressive attorney with high morals. more

I recently contacted this law firm to help me out in distribution of property that was not originally set in my divorce decree. Since the divorce, my ex still lives in the ouse (I am in the military so have moved states two different times already); however, he has been late on almost every single payment and won’t return my phone calls or sell the house, so my credit has almost bottomed-out. In asking for Ferguson Law Firm’s help (specifically Patricia Ferguson herself), I had a phone consultation with her on a Wednesday and she told me I needed a Petition to Partition; however, she said she didn’t know if my case would warrant one, so she would do research for me to let me know if it did. (This being after she told me probably about 3 times that I screwed myself and my divorce lawyer also screwed me....thank you for the words of advice, why else do you think I am calling?) She told me she would get back to me in the next 2 hours and if she didn’t, I should call her back that Friday. So, I hear nothing and call back on Friday. She’s not there, so I call on Monday, and Tuesday, and each time leave a message with her receptionist. On Wednesday they decide to call me to tell me she’s still busy. So, I call again on Friday and am told by the receptionists that she is at course has been there all week with paying customers. First of all, I think $100 for not even a 10 minute phone conversation has warranted me as a ‘paying customer’ and second of all she TOLD me to call her back last week. If she didn’t think she could get back to me in that amount of time, she should’ve have told me that or she should have called back to let me know, ‘hey, I haven’t had the chance yet, I will call you when I get the answer’. A 2 minute phone call is not that difficult. And it’s ironic how they say she’s busy but after the call I make on Friday saying I want some help or my money back, about 20 minutes later I finally get a call back, but a nasty one and playing it off as if she had already answered my question from the very beginning. Since all of that was left in a message, I tried calling back and she was there, but as soon as I told the receptionist my name, she said that she’s ‘Busy’ and hans’t yet called me back after another week. I wound not recommend this law firm to anyone. They are unprofessional and extremely rude. Not to mention they charge you $100 BEFORE you even talk to the attorney you’re assigned to and they don’t even help you out. DO NOT USE THIS LAW FIRM!!!! They will rip you off and I don’t wait it to happen to anyone else! more
