Ferguson

So yesterday my fiance and I went to this Ferguson store in Mankato, MN. We had heard it was a good place to go for HVAC supplies. A bit limited in selection but a good place to go. So we went in because he need some supplies for work. My fiance walked up to an associate at the store and asked him if he had what my fiance needed for work. The associate told my fiance that he would have to direct him to someone else. He took us to the HVAC ""expert"". When handing us over to the ""expert"" the associate told the ""expert"" right in front of us that he didn't understand the babel my fiance was saying to him and that he, the ""expert"", would have to take the time to help us. It was a very rude thing for him to say..especially in front of us.It was very apparent he did not want to help us at all regardless of the fact he knew nothing about what my fiance needed.\r The ""expert"" took us to were they had to supplies my fiance would need for work and asked what my fiance needed. My fiance tried several times to tell the ""expert"" what he needed but the ""expert"" didnt seem to really know what my fiance was talking about. Which is sad considering he was suppose to be the expert. It was very frustrating. My fiance had to keep repeating himself several times and the ""expert"" was very rude and unprofessional about everything. We did find two things we were looking for so my fiance told the ""expert"" we would buy the first item and order the second as they were out of it. It took several times just to get the ""expert"" to understand that though. The ""expert"" didn't want to take the time to check us out and just handed us off to another associate who had no idea what my fiance needed. It was very apparent. And that associate was also very rude to us. The ""expert"" did take my fiance's info to order the part they didn't have in but he was very unprofessional about that too and didn't even bother to write down any info about the item that my fiance wanted which made both of us question if it would actually be ordered..\r So we will not be coming back to this store in Mankato again or any of the other stores for that matter. And the service was very unprofessional, the associates were completely not knowledgeable about their jobs and very rude. more
