fantastic- we will go back! 2/12/2011

My husband and I finally tried it and we are so glad we did. I had a salad and loved the house dressing. We each ordered a 10 inch pizza. My husband raved over the sauce which is slightly sweeter than most places. I enjoyed the crust which was crispy and cooked perfectly. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. more

Best Pizza in STL 11/6/2008

Amazing pizza! My friend and I try to come about once a month. Normally during the week so there is hardly ever a wait. I have told many about the pizza and once they try it seem to agree that it is by far the best! Its a fun place, before you get your food you can sit chat and color all over the table cloths. It's open late and they deliver, can't get much better. Pros: Fast, good price, convienent Cons: closed on Mondays more

GREAT find! 5/31/2008

Very friendly staff, the outdoor patio is perfect and shaded, and the pizza is amazing. The garlic cheese bread is delicious too! It has a very homey feel with paper plates and styrofoam cups. We loved it and will recommend it to anyone! Pros: Great Food, Great Service Cons: Very small location more

Unbelievable Pizza and dynamite salad 2/26/2008

One can try the Hill, or go to Chicago, or to the Jersey Boardwalk, but there is nothing like Feraro's Pizza. Pros: Best Pizza I've had in years Cons: I wish there was one in California more

Great Soulard Pizza 2/19/2008

Ate at Feraro's for the first time last week and my wife and I are kicking ourselves that we never found it sooner. The restaurant is small as there are only about 7 or 8 tables, so it might be tight on a weekend. But the pizza is worth it. The sauce is tangy and the crust is soft and chewy. If you are someone who likes spinach on their pizza beware it is canned spinach. Feraro's is very similar in flavor to East Coast Pizza in the Chesterfield Valley. Also, the restaurant is non-smoking, which is great, but when the employees step outside to smoke and hold the door open, it sort of defeats the purpose. Fantastic pizza experience though. Pros: quality of pizza, friendly staff Cons: canned spinach as a topping, smoke from outside comes inside more

Glad we found you 11/29/2007

I found this gem of a joint tucked away in a city neighborhood. The atmosphere was quite nice with a jersey theme and music playing from artists specifically from new jersey. We ordered a traditional sausage and pepperoni pie and a house salad. The salad was plenty big for 2 people with home-made croutons and tons of goodies. The pizza came out piping hot. When I picked up my first piece the cheese was clinging to the others just like in a commercial. The sausage was definitely home made and the pepperoni was excellent. The crust was perfectly done with a nice crisp bottom and a soft center. I am so glad we found this place. It is a nice change from your ""typical st. louis style pizza"" I overheard another customer talking about the ham sandwich is the best ever. I will definitely try that on my next visit. Pros: Freindly atmosphere, great food Cons: Kinda small so if you have a big party call ahead more

When I say ""Best"", I mean BEST!!! 6/18/2007

Now you know I have to stay true to my STL roots and say that I love Imo's, but Feraro's is quite possibly the best pizza I have ever had!! Tried it for the first time this weekend, and I will never go anywhere else after this. There is a perfect amount of cheese, and the sauce is incredible!! I wish it was located a bit closer to my house, but after this weekend, I just might think about moving to Soulard :) more

BEST PIZZA IN ST. LOUIS!!!! 1/15/2007

I've lived here my entire life, and can honestly say I've been EVERYWHERE! I know quality when i see (taste) it. I think in the year or so that Feraro's has been open I've eaten there more times than any other pizzeria my whole life. I'm a fan of plain cheese slices. It's gotten to the point where I don't even let them put them back in the oven to cook fully, which coincedentally, I highly recommend. The Taylor Ham sandwich is DELICIOUS! I actually had to get talked into ordering it by one of the staff, I couldn't believe what I was missing. As weird as this sounds, lately I've been dipping my slices in mustard. Hear me out, don't knock it until you try it. I saw that the Post Dispatch ran a pretty good article on it a couple of weeks ago, and I would assume that's why my last few visits there seemed like visits to a crazy house. I was there two weekends in a row and had to wait a little bit more than usual. It was a little annoying, but I guess that's the price you pay when everyone finds out about your little secret place. On the plus side, the owner was gracious enough to offer everyone 50% off their next visit and apologized for the waiting time. You know a place is good when it is that packed Pros: AMAZING food, friendly staff, late hours Cons: parking can sometimes be a drag on weekends, expect to a wait a little on weekends more

Best Pizza In the Midwest! 9/11/2005

When Feraro's say's ""Jersey Style Pizza"", they mean Jersey Style Pizza ! I'm from New Jersey and have lived in the Midwest now for 10 years and love it . I have however ,missed the pizza , it's just not the same out here, until now ! Hats off to Feraro's. If you've never had Jersey style pizza and think your a pizza lover, you have to try Feraro's. Pros: Clean, Inexpensive, Nice area more

Great addition to Soulard 9/5/2005

The best east coast style pizza in St. Louis. Tons of options. Great pizza when you want something besides St. Louis style pizza. Outside patio is great when the weather is nice. Open until after the bars close on Fridays and Saturdays. Only thing, have them hold the garlic on their specialty pizzas. It can be overpowering. Pros: Service, Outside Dining more

Real Pizza 8/27/2005

If you are from the metropolitan New York- New Jersey area, you will love this pizza. We just moved to St. Louis and were longing for ""jersey"" pizza. We found it at Feraro's and there is great Jersey atmosphere, too. We love the ST. Louis area, but missed good pizza. We are happy to have found Feraro's!!! more
