PLEASE DO NOT use this company. Messed up our order and did not want to correct it and it was their fault. Sales guy and manager are very rude, will not fix the problem, hope they go out of business before they do this to a lot of other people. I should have done my research! Obviously a horrible company as I found a bounce of negative reviews. more

Horrible customer service! 9/14/2011

Started my order online and the salesman took it over. He entered the sizes wrong. The company will do nothing to make my order right. They could care less that I am out $1600. This was custom cuts that I paid a ton of extra money for. The guy on the phone was rude and wouldn't let me get a word in. They sent three pieces that we never even asked for and cut one piece 2ft too short for us to use. They will not make good on the order. I would not recommend this company to anyone. They do not care about the customer, only about taking the money and saying tough luck. more
