We hired them because I liked the personal attention and someone was always there to answer any questions. The crew was prompt and courteous. From my first contact with The Fence Connection the people were courteous and friendly. My estimate appointment was made on my first call to them. The estimator was on time and extremely knowledgeable. Our job was not an easy one. There were several areas that had problems, retaining walls, plants, access and play equipment. The estimator offered several solutions. The people installing the fence were experienced and answered any questions. The fence is beautiful and we are very happy. They did what they said they would do, when they said they would do it and at the price they quoted me. No surprises, no problems. This was one of the easiest jobs I have ever contracted for and recently I have had to contract for several types of work. I would highly recommend them. Shoddy workmanship, failure to comply with job specifications, unprofessional workers, and complete lack of follow-up when contacted about problems.
