I agree with Shawn was a knowledgeable and a cool guy. What I don't understand is I have been waiting for them to finish my garage for the past 3 months. Not only they don't follow up with the update of my parts but also they keep telling me a different date when I call them myself. Yesterday, I spoke to Jerry (the owner) on the phone in regarding to my parts for the garage door. I was very surprise to learned he wanted me to call the manufacture myself. I paid for my service 3 months ago and all I get is call them yourself. What kind of service and business philosophy is that? I thought they were really good at the beginning but they don't care about you once they take your money. I gave them a last chance to give me a follow up with my parts to complete our garage but Jerry decided to not even give me a call and let me know. I had take off from work 6 times to finish the job and they still haven't finish. more

My experience today dealing with Felluca was a breath of fresh air. They responded as quickly as possible. The service person(I think his name is Shawn) was so courteous\r and helpful. He not only was kind and respectful to you as a customer,he also knew his stuff. The pricing was competitive. I'm tentative about some contractors.\r Apparently Felluca does not use outside contractors. I'm thinking they take pride in their work and how they treat people. more

We have used Felluca for years for our garage door needs. We have never had a problem with them. They always show up quickly for emergency repairs, and they always charged a fair price. I will continue to use them. more

My contractor hired felluca to install our garage door for our home. The door we wanted was out of stock and since they didnt want to lose our business, they gave us a free upgrade for the next door we were intrested in. The installation was fast and they arrived on time when stated. more
