Great Dr, Horrid staff and nurse.\r
I am 25 weeks pregnant with twins and high risk. While Dr. Felix is compassionate, intelligent, and respectful, they opposite is true of her office staff. I have been under their care for the last 13 weeks. It has been a struggle with her incompetent staff since the second visit. I can overlook ALL of their scheduling disasters, but what I can not overlook is the disrespect, hateful attitude, and absolute lack of knowledge. This is my 7th pregnancy. I am very familiar with pregnancy, related tests, and prenatal care. Stephanie, the main office nurse, is the most disrespectful, hateful, condescending nurse I have ever had the misfortune of meeting in 12 years of prenatal care. I have been told numerous inaccuracies and when they are questioned you become labeled a ""problem patient"" and dismissed. Their total lack of education and compassion leads to unmeasurable stress on already stressed patients. I absolutely adore Dr. Felix herself, and she has made ever effort to make me feel cared for and comfortable, all of which is undermined by her staff. Today was the final straw when I threw up my glucose drink and then they attempted to force me to sit in the office for an hour for no reason. When I said I wouldn't because the test couldn't be preformed they all attacked me verbally, treated me horribly and made me cry. When I left the office crying, they continued to chase me to the elevator to make me return to the office. I walked away attempting to leave the confrontation, I was chased down the hall and in the ultrasound office where I went to sit and cry, the attack continued in that office still attempting to force me to return to the office for a test I couldn't even take because I threw up the glucose drink and accusing me of lying about being sick. Now I am 25 weeks along with twins and have to find a new dr. Save yourself and your baby/babies from this staff and nurse Stephanie.\r
