Best Veterinary Experience I've ever had 8/18/2009

I've lived in many places and used the services of many Vets over the years. The Feline Hospital is far and away the best experience I (we) have ever had. Dr. Ternes and staff are wonderful. Too many stories to share. All of them good. Even our ""sad endings"" were comforted by their compassion, sympathy and accommodation. Highly recommended. The best vets for kitties 8/15/2008

I have just got my most recent kittie, RocketElla; before her there was Cole, Ziki, Julio, Ernie and Charlie, all of whom have been or are patients of Dr. Ternes et al. at the Feline Hospital. These docs are the most loving and gentle and thorough physicians you could want; in more than 18 years I and my furry friends have been happy with the treatment they have received. Pros: Thorough attention to detail, kindness to critters and their elderly owners, Cons: Cannot think of any. more

Best vet I know 6/14/2007

I've taken my cats the the Feline Hospital for more than eighteen years - they're the best. Capable, reliable, and compassionate. Dr. Ternes goes way out of her way to help in an emergency - and does a good job of diagnosing problems early, so the crises have been very few. The office staff are friendly and considerate. Pros: Great at explaining problems at a level that lay people can understand more

Best veterinarian I've ever had 10/22/2006

Kathleen Ternes and The Feline Hospital staff are wonderful people. They cared for my cats for many years when I lived in Massachusetts (I'm now in rural Arizona). Pros: Very compassionate and caring Cons: None I can think of more
