On the plus side-salespersons know their stuff and there is a large selection. On the other side though and I suspect this is true of all these carpet places, they will try to take advantage of you and play all the stupid games you expect at a car dealership. i.e I got a ""final""price and told the salesperson I would talk to my contractor and call him back. After I did not call in the morning I got a call later in the day on Sunday mind you saying that the salesperson had just talked to the distributor and can get me a slightly lower price due to the material all being in stock-yeah right. Also at the last minute free delivery becomes curbside only and a charge to take it into my place. Basically I left satisfied that I got my product but with a vague feeling of being ripped off, the same feeling you sometimes get with contractors, mechanics and car dealers I guess I was just too trusting and did not realize that I had to have that vigilance and attitude you have to have when you buy a car when you buy carpet. By the way much cheaper prices on the internet if you have time to wait for product and have an installer here.
