It was my wife's and my first visit and we were going based on a good friends recommendation. I ordered the veal marsala and my wife the chicken picatta. Both meals were terrible. My veal was tough and not well sauted. The sauce was sickly sweet and the wine reduction had not been completed, The sauce was still very alcoholy and runny. The chicken picata had barely a taste of lemon and the chicken had not beed sauted to have a brown crust. The pasta was bland and overcooked and the tomato sauce runny. Never again!! My husband and I go there for their martinis, they are outstanding. The bartenders are very friendly.My whole family went their this past Easter and everyone had a great meal. one of the best, if not the best local Italian Restaurants around. Friendly atmosphere,accomodating service. Wonderful to see the owner so involved with servicing his customers. Our true Italian Family (actually from Italy) went for Fathers Day 08 our meals were the most disgusting watery terrible soupy disasters of ""italian"" pasta we have ever seen. The waitress took our, order brought the terrible food, then we never saw her again until it was time to pay. When we told her how disgusted we were with the meals she said ""that is how we always make it"" haha and didn't take anything off the bill!!! If you want something close to food in Italy go to the North End not some place that used to be in the North End and got bought out and moved to Stoneham... I'd bet people who wrote excellent reviews for this place have never been to Italy. So it is fine for them because they don't care you may as well go to the Olive Garden. If you are going to call yourself an Italian resturant at least make an attempt to make it the correct way. Cons: Bad Food, Bad Service, never again... more

i have be going to felicias restaurant for many years the food is great and the best part in the north end we could go in the kitchen and see what was being made for us.and the one in stoneham is no diffrent, it might take a little longer ,but where do you get a restaurant who makes your food to order no where. i will always go there and the service is the best ,thank you all , Pros: thumbs up Cons: quality is great more

Eddie's girls just love Felicia's in Stoneham. We go 2-6 sisters usually on Thursday evenings. The atmosphere is the best, the food is great, love the salad, (very important), very generous with the good wine, and the servers are friendly and good. We especially like Susan. Great little restaurant. Never had a bad meal. Owner very friendly, and is usually seen walking around checking on people. The service can be a little slow sometimes-- but just look at it as more time to relax! It's a cozy little place, good for a family dinner or romantic date. Love this place! We called ahead and when we arrived we were seated right away, the service was great at the start our drinks arrived right away then we ordered the salads were out so quickly it was great!! The portions of the food were enough to split or have for left overes the next day and it was delicious. I was so impressed right up until the end when our waitress kept dissapearing and we had to ask the bus girl for the check waited a few more minutes and had to ask the server twice so in all it took us waiting about 15 minutes of just sitting waiting to pay .... all in all my advice is they need more help it was so busy but great food and location. Walked in the door and were told we'd be seated ""with a time limit"" on our table. Food was way overpriced for average Italian crap, cheap stale italian bread and a wilted, soggy salad. All of the parking behind the restaurant is reserved for the Dairy Mary behind it! Had to walk from our cars in the pouring rain from around the corner! more
