I will never go back to Feitz's eye clinic in Lowell. I paid the fee for the exam and went to another place to get two pair of glasses based on Feitz's exam. I couldn't see. I went back to Feitz's and had them check my eyes again, 10 days later, only to find out that the prescription he wrote was wrong. When asked the charge to correct his mistake in just one pair of my new glasses, I was told $39.95. He should be the one to eat the charge to fix the lenses since his prescription was wrong but he never even offered. He just stood there as his secretary told me the fee. Now, I am paying him an extra $39.95 to fix just one of the pairs of glasses. Then I will have to go somewhere else and pay to have the second pair also fixed. How unprofessional! His mistake so he should have paid the cost to have BOTH glasses made again with the correct prescription!
