i went in there today to get help for my dog..... will i have never been in this store before i can tell you i will never go back... i had most horrible custmor service ever... there was sitting around the counter was two ladies never said hi nothing didnt ask if i needed any help.... there was to busy talk to a guy and kid to worry about me... i could not belive that this is the way things are run here... the one lady was long black hair very rude and it seemed that was someone she really knew the other one was a chubby blonde lady... i will be telling everyone how horrible this place is and how there no one in charge and no one cares there... so upset that people treat people like that more

Horrible Customer Service 2/5/2011

This store is horrible. We have been loyal shoppers here for the 6 years we have lived in Channahon, and yesterday we had to buy a bulb for our Chinese Water Dragons cage because our other one didn't work anymore. We bought it and they told us to let it warm up before we used it. So this morning I put it in the cage and it worked, but then around lunchtime I asked my son to check and see if our Dragon had eaten his food yet, and he said "Mom, didn't you turn on the light this morning?" And I looked and it was not working. When I took it out you could see that it had clearly blown out. I took it back to the Feed Loft and they told me they couldn't exchange it "because we don't get a credit from the company". Now how is that my problem? My poor dragon might die now because we used our last money yesterday to buy the bulb from a store in which we were loyal customers for years. not for aquarium owners 7/8/2010

This store is for farm animal owners only. They're so called pet department is a joke. It's not organized, dirty, stuff all over the place, even employees cant find items. If you need bait great place to go, any aquarium supplies, good luck. Can I also suggest some air movement inside, when hot out you could really use it. more

Feed Loft is affordable 7/24/2009

For a small local company this store is wonderful. They are clean and offer a wide variety of pets and supplies. They have premium dog food without the premium prices. more

This place is awesome! I have bought a bird and a couple of fish from here and my bird is the friendliest little guy in the world! They really do spend a lot of their time with the animals, and they have great supplies. I really recomend it for anything! Over all, this place is awesome! more

very resonable 8/11/2005

I have been using this business for many years and have never had anything bad to say about them. they have great prices and healthy animals. I buy all my fish here never had one come home to me sick and you really cant beat the prices. and i buy my reptile food here as well. they are pet friendly and if they dont have it im sure they can get it.
