Horrible service. Called to make alternative arrangements after getting first missed attempt notice on a package that required a signature. Told them my availability due to work and asked for a later time for delivery. Was told that their drivers had routes and it wasn't possible, their solution was for me to either take a day off work to wait for them or ask somebody else to wait at my house and be inconvenienced so Fedex wouldn't have to alter their route. Their other alternative arrangement was to wait until the third missed attempt and then drive to Richfield Ohio and pick up the package myself. Never had this problem with UPS. I wouldn't use FedEX to ship dog turds.
