phone is constantly busy! 10/3/2008

Obviously this location needs to get more help. I have been on the phone trying to call and haven't been able to contact anyone at this location because of the phone being busy. They need a store manager or someone on hand who can watch to see if the help just leaves it off the hook because I can't imagine no one being available for over 15 min! \r Now I have to waste my time and run over to see if they carry forms I need. A question that could have been taken care of in one min instead of an 8 min drive.! more
