The NICEST and FRIENDLIEST Kinko's employee I've ever met works at this Marriott Kinko's! I've been to a lot of these shops in my life, and most of the employees are either surly or downright ignore you, but this lady is friendly, efficient, and cheerful, even at 9 pm on a Sunday night!
