defenetly am going somwehere else next time 6/21/2009

I came into the store looking to update our menu's as well as print out new traing tools for my work. No one said anything to me until I waited at the counter for 5 min. Their 2 computers behind the counter were broken as well as the girl working the desk laughed when I told her what I needed and when I needed them. I work on deadlines and was shocked it was the manager. Very rude, she then wanted me to print out coalate and stapel my own training tools. 4 different mauels with 75 pages each. and then they expected me to pay .49 per sheet of paper. Never again, I'd rather support our local businesses in vacaville and stay away from this store. Terrible!!!!! Cons: not enough staff or customer service more
