This Fedex location is the most unhelpful and unfriendly delivery service I've encountered. An important overnight package was sent to the wrong address (though same city/area). Fedex claimed a different zip code was used, though their story kept changing on this point. Nonetheless, Fedex refused to arrange re-delivery so that I could receive the package on time. According to them, either the package would be delivered 1-5 days late, or I had to go over to the Fedex location to pick it up (no small task). Ironically, picking it up at the incorrect address would have been easier.
By contrast, a similar situation had UPS contact the delivery person as he was leaving work, who drove to the incorrect address, picked up the package and delivered it to us. The package wasnt even that important and I mentioned it could wait. In short, I'm sticking to DHL and UPS.
Pros: None anymore
Cons: Expensive, Poor customer service
