My package was on the truck for delivery 2 days in a row and when I called FedEx to ask why it wasn't delivered....they're excuse was ""We ran out of time""! What happened to customer service and making the customer #1??? And what upsets me the most is the fact that FedEx was paid for a 2 day delivery....my package should have been delivered 2 days ago!!!! Just another good example to stick with what you know and trust....UPS and USPS! Sorry FedEx, you just lost another customer. :(
