Worse to be none, I was not able to get the estimated time of delivery. Even the calling center in Kansas does ot known and can not tell. I have one initial delivery attempt tag that was posted on 11/4/10, but FedEx claim that they tried twice for delivery. I have motion detector/monitor installed. In the past, the delivery man claimed attempting 3 times to be prooved it was false claim. And then, local manager sent Email to promise it will never happen again. I am afraid of using FedEx. What do you think?\r
The FedEx demands additional $15.00 in order to have approximated time delivery in addition to the original shipping cost. Is there any one who can help me?\r
