These people seem to have very little understanding of how to print from a print-ready pdf.
At first, they wanted to make a separate file to give us to make a second generation copy (!). Why would anyone want to do that?! And then, they wanted to change my file and charge me $10 to do so, because they didn't know how to just print and then flip the paper and print again. Stunning ignorance. Stunning.
They have even less knowledge of customer service. We tried to explain how easy it is to turn the paper over, but they said they couldn't do that. After our three explanations, they ignored me and started to talk over me to someone else across the store.
Go somewhere else in town and you'll get better service, greater knowledge.
