Attentive and beyond the call of duty... 8/1/2005

I rushed my daughter into FedEx Kinkos one morning, because she wanted a copy of her first readers log that she filled up. The cashier informed me that I needed to purchase and load a card just to make one single copy, and I was quite dejected to hear this. Another lady behind the counter, said, "I can make the copy for you", and within seconds we had our black and white copy for the memory book. I was happy w/the quick service, but surprised that one black and white copy now takes the time to purchase and load a card and figure out how to use the machine. more

At the mercy of the staff... 6/1/2005

The staff at this store is very aware that usually when people visit Kinko's it is because they need services from them that they cannot get anywhere else for cheaper. This staff knew that I was in a rush and at their mercy, and they responded accordingly. They were somewhat attentive and somewhat helpful, but not as quick as they could have been. Try another place. PROS: Somewhat convenient CONS: Pretty rude staff more
