Customer Service at Fedex 8/27/2011

As a new customer to Fedex, the assistance I received was rude and curt. I left humiliated and not wanting to do business at this location ever again. I asked for help upon entering, and explained I was new to using Fedex. No one was in the store at this time and it would have been very easy for someone to walk me through the steps of mailing my package but that was not the case. I was only treated nicely when I explained I was aware that they were unhappy with my lack of knowledge. Very bad business interaction and customer service. more

Bad prices, worse service 4/24/2007

Fedex Kinkos always has bad prices. In fact, my company actively avoids them even if they are the only option. Their prices are regularly around 4 times as much as going somewhere like Reproductions Inc. \r \r The first and last time I went, I waited for around a half hour for service, then finally paid their outrageous prices and left. I was just about in the car when the sales associate came running after me and says they grossly UNDER-charged me and to please come take care of it.\r \r I know I am a first time poster and that Catherine A. is an "insider expert" but please hear me, go to Reproductions Inc. to get your printing done. They not only charge far lower prices, their quality is much higher. They have many locations throughout Tucson, just Google them. You won't be sorry. more

Since FedEx took over Kinko's I think its got more services and certainly better service orientened staff. I don't always need their services but when I do I know its a good place to go. more
