Very happy and Impressed with the service. 1/19/2011

Before I even went in to the store, I called and asked a few questions about emailing them a file of a Word Document that I wanted printed off and I was pleasantly surprised with the customer service I received. So after emailing the files they called and let me know it was received and how long it would take to complete the task. When I went to pick it up, the gentleman behind the counter was as nice as anyone could expect someone to be. I felt that the way he represented the company was extraordinary and I could not have desired more. I have been in retail and customer service, quite a bit even teaching the finer points of how to treat patrons for over 12 years and I am very critical of places, however this place in my personal and professional opinion passed with flying colors. more

Worst Service in Town 5/29/2009

Not only were the staff unprofessional, they were quite rude and unhelpful. Simple document formatting seemed either beyond their capabilities, or too time consuming for them (despite not having a single customer in the store besides myself). Instead of hitting the backspace button a couple of times, they stated that I should either return home and make corrections myself or rent a machine for top dollar in their store. And charging 60 cents per copy? These folks need to go belly-up, and hopefully will soon. No need to treat customers this way. Pros: Great Technology Cons: Unprofessional Service more
