Anyone needing to use FedEx to ship, go to any other location. I have never had a worse experience as a customer in my life. I went here twice, the first time, it was later in the evening and there was no one in the store. The guy working couldn't have seemed less thrilled to do a simple job of weighing one box for ground shipment and taking payment. He just had a disgusted look on his face which was very offputting. However, I assumed it was this one employee and again returned a few weeks later with multiple packages to be shipped out. I was helped by the "center manager" Samir according to his nametag. He was extremely rude to me, and every other customer. At one point his computer was having an issue and he said to me disgustedly "this isn't working. It's just not accepting these packages." and so I asked him why (the whole time I'm being very polite, considering they have important packages of mine in their possession) and he said "I can't tell you that. I dont know"
and rolled his eyes when he had to reweigh the packages. He wouldn't look me in the eye ever and was grumbling the whole time. He directed his annoyance with his computer or possibly his own incompetence at me, which was not only uncomfortable but very embarrassing. When I left the store after the ordeal, I literally was shaking I was so upset. I will be formally complaining with the company, and I highly suggest people look elsewhere if they need to ship in LA. Anywhere else.
Cons: Awful customer service, rude, downright MEAN.
