Good if all you want are copies 7/26/2006

Ever since Kinkos and FedEx joined forces, I have seen our local Kinkos turn into a FedEx shipping station with photocopiers. Granted, the copiers are kept in great shape and make super copies, but the extra services are no longer readily available. For instance, the lamination area has gone from a large surface area down to a small table with no room t prep your work. Paper selection has dwindled, too. But heck, they can quote, package, ship and otherwise handle your FedEx needs with one hand tied behind their back.... PROS: Great quality copies CONS: Other services no longer readily available more

Poor Service 11/8/2005

I went into FedEx Kinko's to get some business cards printed and print one sample brochure off a CD. I was there for over 20 minutes and came out with nothing! I counted 8 employees and 4 customers yet none of the customers were being helped, all of the employees were just working on there own projects or talking to each other. When someone finally did help me he was clueless. He forgot to give me the CD back and when I called less than 30 minutes later, they couldn't find it. How does a CD just get lost? I stopped in again to see if they could find the CD. This time there was a line of customers and again, no one was helping them. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Not so great 5/16/2005

This Kinko's is small and has a paltry selection. I used to come here a lot but they're no good anymore. About the only good thing left is they'll match prices with any local printer if you bring them a quote. more
